April 4- May 7, 2024, The 30-Day Heart Coherence Collaborative Challenge, Free Online Event. Embark on a transformative journey with thousands of individuals across the globe in the 30-Day Heart Coherence Challenge! Get ready to unlock your heart’s immense healing potential through daily meditations, heart coherence practices, and uplifting community interactions. The Opening Ceremony Weekend will start Thursday, April 4, at 3:00 pm PDT and conclude on April 7 at 1:00 pm PDT. HeartMath Institute’s Director of Research, Rollin McCraty, PhD, will be a featured speaker on Saturday, April 6, at Noon PDT. Rollin will share “The Science Changes Everything You Know” with hosts Kyle Boyd and Leah Rush. The 30-Day Challenge runs Monday, April 8 through Tuesday, May 7. You won’t want to miss this lineup of world-renowned thought leaders, such as Gregg Braden, Jack Canfield, HeartMath CEO, Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., Dr. Sue Morter, and Lee Harris, to name a few!
